Within the stunning tropical gardens are three individual tree houses Shanti, Sarita and Samadhi each with their own outdoor jacuzzi. Each property is completely self contained and are linked by floating walkways and expansive outdoor entertaining areas. Sarita and Shanti have a delightful shared terrace overlooking the ocean. Samadhi also enjoys a private terrace with barbeque and outdoor dining area. Each house can be booked individually or the entire retreat can accommodate up to twelve people providing absolute privacy.

The landscaping of this property reflects the Feng Shui of the site to include a seven pool waterfall, white buddha pond, waterfall daybeds and stone rotunda. Idyllic gardens filled with exotic rainforest species, and giant rose quartz and amethyst crystals ensures that Shambhala is the perfect healing retreat.

Each house includes flat screen television with Austar, DVD and CD player, wireless broadband access, reverse cycle air-conditioning, jacuzzis, hammocks with sea or river views, massage or meditation/yoga spaces, and full laundry facilities.

House keeping is included every three days, or more frequently on application. Breakfast, lunch and/or dinner can be arranged upon request.

Nestled behind the dunes at Belongil Beach this self contained three bedroom beach house also has a separate studio off the entertaining deck.
On the ground floor you will find an open plan living and dining area leading round to a fully equipped kitchen. Off the living area the deck is surrounded by tropical planting and leads on to the studio. Two bedrooms are located off the living area while the master bedroom, with ensuite is upstairs. The property is air conditioned in the living/dining area and is also pet friendly.

Enjoy a 15 minute stroll along the beach which will find you in the centre of town. Alternatively, just 200 metres up the road you can find a great meal and coffee at the locals cafe.

The house is simple but comfortable with some great living areas both outside & inside, including a pool table for those who love a game. The house has 3 queen bedrooms, lounge/dining area, kitchen & bathroom. Step outside the kitchen door to a great all weather outdoor living area with its own lounge, BBQ, pool table and TV, plus a laundry/bathroom.

There is also an outside hot & cold shower just through the rear door, where you will also find the lovely grassed backyard. Other features of the house include: Broadband Internet access, local phone & the house is Pet Friendly so you can bring your well behaved pooch with you! - the yard is fully fenced.

Absolute Beachfront in Belongil
China's Place is a newly renovated timber beach house. An easy walk down the steps onto the sand and into the ocean or watch the sunset at the rear of the garden. (Please note, after the high storms during May 2009, the sand is finally coming back and one can walk along the beach to town at low tide once again).
The main bedroom upstairs has a king bed, ensuite, and looks out into the tree canopy and opens onto a tree deck (This is the only room in the property that has access to internet access). There is another bedroom upstairs which looks right at the waves of the Pacific Ocean. This room has a TV and queen bed but no ensuite. The two secondary bedrooms are downstairs and have no outlook.

Have an outdoor shower in the tropical garden or bath for two under the stars which sits in the deck overlooking the sea. Choose one of the 4 outdoor eating areas. The house also has cable TV, DVD, Ipod station, ping pong table, laundry facilities and a dishwasher. Walk 5 minutes to 2 local cafes or 20 minutes along the beach into the heart of Byron Bay.

A caretaker lives underneath the house in a granny flat but your privacy is assured. Chinas Place is a non smoking house.

All linen is supplied however you do need to bring beach towels.
