This fully renovated Timber cottage has been beautifully decorated with a contemporary theme; the open plan living area opens out through french doors onto a large covered north facing verandah that looks over the tropical gardens. There are 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed off the living area for that extra guest. Features include: polished timber floors throughout, ceiling fans, BBQ, LCD flat screen TV & DVD/CD with DVD library, local phone, plus outdoor beach shower.
The rear of the property has a beautiful big Mango Tree which offers lots of shade to sit under and enjoy alfresco meals, a quiet moment or just to listen to the birds and life going by. There is also access via a lane way to off street secure parking.

This 4 bedroom Balinese pavilion style house backs onto a nature reserve and cycle path making it only a few minutes walk to Byron. The living and sleeping pavilions are connected by an elevated timber outdoor walkway giving the home a resort feel. The open plan living pavilion comprises a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, timber flooring and coconut bench tops, as well as an entertainment area with LCD TV and relaxed seating. Following on from the lounge area there is a covered deck with barbecue and daybed. Walking through the covered walkway, you discover the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom is only accessible from the external deck and have natural cooling breezes flowing in from outside through louvered windows. The master bathroom has an ensuite with spa. A second bathroom is accessible from the front of the sleeping pavilion.
The house is finished with sculptures imported from Bali that are interspersed throughout the house.

Just a short walk will find you at the village of Suffolk Park which has a small shopping complex and a great local pub. The town centre of Byron is only a short drive away, although you may find Suffolk Park has all you need to enjoy a relaxed beach holiday in this great house.

The living area flows out to the entertaining deck and to the stunning pool, complete with Balinese barong. The master bedroom has a private deck leading out into the gardens and pool area connecting to an en-suite with a double spa set amongst the tropical gardens. There are another 2 bedrooms and study in the main part of the house and 2 additional bedrooms downstairs, accessed by exterior stairs, one with en-suite. One of the bedrooms also has a second independent Austar connection with DVD which is a great facility to keep the kids entertained.
There is a large well equipped gourmet kitchen and separate dinning area, with Wi-fi and phone connections available for internet options. The gardens stretch forever supplying children with oodles of space to burn off some energy and to give you a rest for a while! With beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and glimpses of the ocean from the vast verandahs, this is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.
The house is highly recommended for families or multiple couples, sleeping up to 8 adults and 3 children or 2 families.

This property can be let as 2 apartments or a whole house. The upstairs 2 bedroom duplex has an expansive living area that flows out through huge sliding doors to the deck and that fantastic view that you can't get away from.
The open plan living area and kitchen are expansive with seating for 6; timber floors throughout and an entertainment area with Austar/DVD/TV & Stereo. There is also a nice chill out area in the rear courtyard with gas BBQ & shady areas for when you get tired of that view.
The bedrooms are fully air conditioned with views from master bed to the bay and doors opening onto the verandah.

The Upstairs area has a connecting stairwell to downstairs which is not gated off so is unsuitable for small children.
