The house is air conditioned & has a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances perfect for the budding chef of the family, open plan living/dining area which includes a TV, CD player & surround sound DVD player, there is also an additional smaller lounge with TV for the kids to do their thing in, giving you some peace & quiet.

A phone connection is available for internet options. There is also a huge covered entertaining deck off the lounge area, with an outdoor setting & BBQ for you to enjoy some alfresco meals.

A 7 minute drive will find you in the heart of Byron Bay, or a short walk will find you at the local shopping village with a choice of restaurants, bakery & general food supplies catered for along with a great family pub.

Sleeps a max of 4 adults and 4 children, this is an ideal family house.

Linen is supplied however you will need to bring your own beach towels.

This property takes bookings from Saturday to Saturday.

Aaja's is suitable for up to 8 persons and has 2 indoor living areas and 2 outdoor living areas, making this property ideal for a large family or 2 small ones. Downstairs is a studio. There are also 2 outdoor living areas and a billiard table for your enjoyment.
