Byron Bay Apartment
Tradewinds 1 is a newly renovated, spacious three bedroom townhouse built over two levels. Located in a quiet residential area five minutes walk to Clarkes Beach and a short stroll along the beachfront to the heart of town.
The townhouse boasts an open plan living room opening out onto a north facing terrace for the afternoon sun and sea breezes. A fully equipped kitchen is provided and you can enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace overlooking tropical gardens and a large grassy reserve.
Upstairs are three bedrooms. The light filled master bedroom comes with a sun drenched north facing balcony. All three rooms enjoy cooling summer breezes. Upstairs is also the bathroom with a large tub and a separate toilet. There is a second toilet and laundry on the ground floor level along with a single lock up garage.

Clarkes Beach is situated an easy 10 minute walk to Byron’s town centre and the relaxed shopping and restaurant precinct of Byron Bay. You can take a leisurely walk along the sand, only minutes from your holiday accommodation, or choose the picturesque path that runs along Lawson Street, adjacent to the popular Main Beach. The Pass at Clarkes, provides a world famous surfing experience. Tradewinds is 2 mins walk to Clarkes Beach and 10 mins walk to town.

You are required to contact the office for the current Schoolies rates. Your booking is not confirmed, even if monies are paid, until the tariff has been adjusted and confirmed with a staff member. Upon making your booking you must advise in writing to our office that the intention of your booking is for Schoolies and the total number of guests.
