A large balcony directly overlooking the beach to the east and south is a feature of this centrally located top floor apartment (with elevator). Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. 

Bay Royal facilities also contain an outdoor BBQ and entertainment area, a large swimming pool and even a tennis court.
