What is your cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel your booking you must notify us by email. If we receive your notice of cancellation more than 30 days before the check-in date, we will refund your tariff less a $200 cancellation fee and the non-refundable booking fee of 3% which is included in the tariff. In all other circumstances no refund will be given for a cancellation. Please note school leavers bookings are non-refundable.
When is my deposit due?
If the check-in date is outside a Special Event period and more than 30 days from the booking date then 50% of the tariff payment Accommodation Charge is required within 48hrs at the time of booking.
Full booking payment is due within 24 hours for any bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date and for Special Event Periods.
When is my balance due?
If the check-in date is outside a Special Event period and more than 30 days from the booking date, the balance of the tariff is due 30 days before the check-in date.
Do you accept schoolies bookings?
All school leavers (schoolies) bookings enquiries should be directed to Youth travel www.youthtravel.com.au We do not otherwise accept bookings for schoolies periods. Any bookings made online for the schoolies period may be cancelled at any time.
When can I check in?
Check-in time is strictly 3:00 pm unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
When do I check out?
Check-out time is strictly 10:00 am unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation. Late check-outs are not permitted other than by prior agreement in writing. Additional fees and charges may apply to late check-outs.
Do I need to leave a bond?
Unless otherwise indicated a credit card security bond between $500 - $2000 is required depending on the property. The bond must be preauthorised/paid prior to the check-in date.
