Campbell and Annie founded Byron Coastal Property Management in 2011 with the goal of providing a higher standard of property management services in the Byron Shire.

Successful property investors themselves with distinguished careers in professional services, they wanted to create an alternative to traditional, sales focused agencies.

JANICE MAPLE

Janice brings over 20 years of local real estate experience to our team. As an award winning Licensed Real Estate Agent and former business owner, she is a highly respected professional in our community. Her strengths in communication, negotiation and conflict resolution, along with her ability to mentor and motivate staff, makes her an exceptional leader of our team.

OFFICE MANAGER

Tiffeny Welsby has been a well respected leader of property management in Byron Bay for over 20 years and was previously our licensee.Working closely with our team to help manage business operations and Human Resources, Tiffeny oversees all transactions and manages all financial details for a complex portfolio of holiday and residential properties.

Luana is a customer service superstar. Having worked in holiday property management for over a decade, she knows our properties inside and out. Her care and consideration for all stakeholders involved in managing our holiday portfolio is second to none.

Cheryl brings a wealth of management and client service experience to the team. With a background in interior styling and project management she is at home coordinating property enhancements or matching our guests with the property of their holiday dreams.
