Please note this property takes a maximum of four adults. 

This is a comfortable and classic two level beach house, with extensive decks offering wonderful panoramic views. The two levels of this house are separate and spacious with access to each level only from the outside. A perfect getaway house for families or groups who are looking for a lovely holiday experience where you can relax and hear nothing but the sounds of the sea.

Upstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen, casual dining area and lounge room. On this level, there are two basic sunlit bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with two singles, and a neat bathroom - as well as a 2nd bathroom outside.

Downstairs you will find a fully self-contained area, with a kitchenette, two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other a double bed, a bathroom, and lounge area with TV.

Only 200 metres from pristine Wategos Beach, this four bedroom home is located in the dress circle at Wategos and only five minutes drive from town. Enjoy beautiful coastline views from this exclusively located getaway.

Wategos Beach 
A mere 3-minute drive into Byron Bay town, Wategos Beach is one of Australia's most exclusive beachside holiday destinations. Protected from the rougher waters beyond, the waves wrap around the headland and roll towards the beach, offering leisurely rides and plenty of shallow areas for the kids. Wategos is not only the epitome of a family beach but also one of Byron's best picnic spots.
