This comfortable ground floor apartment is set in a quiet culdesac just a short stroll from Clarkes Beach, The Pass and Tallow Beach and a flat ten minute walk into Byron Centre. Recently refurbished, this apartment has everything to offer including, WIFI, air conditioning and a large swimming pool with a shared BBQ. With open plan living and dining, a spacious well equipped kitchen, internal laundry, and a large flat screen TV surrounded by plush leather lounge seating. The north facing terrace overlooks the sparkling pool and tropical gardens.


An ideal spot to unwind with family and friends after a long day in the surf and sand. The apartment is located approximately 800 metres to Clarkes Beach through a nature reserve and about 1km into town centre.
There are two generous bedrooms and one bathroom in the unit. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second has two singles.

Clarkes Beach
If you are looking for beautiful and very handy beachside holiday accommodation with a great family beach on one side and the Byron town centre with all it has to offer on the other, then look no further than Clarkes Beach. It is patrolled by surf lifesavers in the summer months and also offers great surfing at The Pass, a famous spot close to Lighthouse Road and opposite an amazing bush track to the Byron Bay Lighthouse. Divide your days between some retail therapy and foodie adventures in town and this idyllic beach, which is protected from big swells for most of the year and offers small waves, rock pools, snorkeling and learning to surf activities as well as windsurfing, body boarding and paragliding.
