Tastefully furnished, open plan lounge and dining area with 46in TV, Foxtel and north facing balcony with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed.  The other bedrooms have two single size beds. Airconditioning in bedrooms only. There is a single lock up garage + extra car space.

Clarkes Beach
Clarkes Beach is situated an easy 10 minute walk to Byron’s town centre and the relaxed shopping and restaurant precinct of Byron Bay. You can take a leisurely walk along the sand, only minutes from your holiday accommodation, or choose the picturesque path that runs along Lawson Street, adjacent to the popular Main Beach. The Pass at Clarkes, provides a world famous surfing experience. Koranba One is situated 1 min walk to Clarkes Beach and 8 mins walk to town.
