Renovated and stylishly furnished this lovely apartment has a cool, white interior and an island luxe feel. The apartment is airy and offers a beach holiday in casual, elegant style. This property is great for a family or would suit two couples with separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with ensuite opens onto a large deck. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, whether you are just preparing breakfast or cooking up a gourmet dinner. The open plan living and dining area flows onto a sunny, private deck.

The deck is a large open space that has been thoughtfully furnished with a comfy outdoor lounge, the perfect spot for an afternoon siesta or alfresco dining. Open the gate off the deck and head to the pool area. There is lots of room around the pool to throw down a towel or use the sun lounges provided. If you prefer a dip in the ocean you are only 100m to the beach.  There is no WIFI in this unit.

Belongil Beach

Belongil Beach is ideally located just 1.5km north of Byron’s town centre. The unspoiled white beach is only a 2 minute walk from your holiday accommodation. A leisurely 15-20 min stroll along the beach will find you in the heart of Byron. Belongil Beach is known for its relaxed and carefree atmosphere.

Please note a security deposit is required. This property is fully self-contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, toilet paper (we supply a few), beach towels and food.  If you would like to book this property on the website for the Schoolies weeks, the correct tariff and bond will not have been quoted. You are required to contact the office for the current Schoolies rates. Your booking is not confirmed, even if monies are paid, until the tariff has been adjusted and confirmed with a staff member. Upon making your booking you must advise in writing to our office that the intention of your booking is for Schoolies and the total number of guests.
